A presentation by Berkshire County’s own Assistant Register of Probate, Clement Ferris, Jr., outlining common mistakes made throughout the probate administration process and how to avoid them. Followed by an open question and answer period during which probate administration questions may be raised for discussion.

This will be a breakfast with registration starting at 8:00am; the speaker will begin at 8:30am. The program will end by 10:00am.
